Welcome! We're so glad you're considering joining us as a vendor and supporting the work of the 5B Kids Fund. This is a fun, well-attended community event that falls at just the right time of year; shoppers come ready to buy! Vendors have found great success in every location throughout the school. Your success ultimately comes down to a few key factors: the quality of your products, how you present and display them, how desirable the items are, and your pricing.

Important Dates to Know:

• Sept 8th - Registration opens

• Friday, Dec. 4, 4-8 p.m. Mandatory vendor sign-in & set-up

• Saturday, Dec. 5 - doors open to vendors 8 a.m.; Open to public 9-5 p.m.

• Sunday, Dec. 6 - doors open to vendors 8:30 a.m.; Open to public 9:30-3:30 p.m.

• Sunday, Dec. 6 - Vendor take-down NO EARLIER THAN 3:30.

• Everything must be out of the school no later than 5:30 p.m. otherwise it may affect future participation in this event.

$240 - Large Booth Space (approx. 9’x10’ or other dimensions 6’x14’)

$175 - Small Booth (table size maximum 6’ long)

All vendor booths are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

2025 Vendors will be kept in the same location. If you have a special request for a relocation please email bazaar@5bkidsfund.org. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but please know we may not be able to meet all requests.
